We left your beautiful hotel this morning and just want to thank you sincerely for a truly wonderful stay. Our room was spotless, calm and comfortable, with the most spectacular view of Paris and the Eiffel Tower – an unforgettable treat. A special word of thanks to Paulina, David and Sébastien at reception. You were exceptionally friendly, helpful and professional. We greatly appreciated your warm welcome and the thoughtful touches, like the complimentary drinks. Thank you for everything. Whilst not a cheap option (where is in Paris) the Terrass Hotel was a superb place to stay & in a great location. The Rooftop Bar & Restaurant offered amazing views across Paris to the Eiffel Tower & excellent cocktails & delicious food. The free coffee & tea lounge near reception was very handy & a lovely touch. There are lots of lovely cafes just outside the hotel and it's very easy to get the metro into the centre of Paris.

Me and my partner absolutely loved the hotel! All of the staff we're super friendly and helpful. The location is perfect , very close to three metro stations and useful bus stops. The room was as we asked for, clean and with all the amenities. We also tried the restaurant , the food was delicious and the view..... breathtaking.The restaurants in the area are also very good. For our first time visiting Paris, this hotel was really an awesome choice! We would gladly return again!

A very warm welcome from reception staff started our stay to very well. We must complement David on his excellent service. Truly professional. Also a very hospitable service from the lady with dark curly hair around 7pm Saturday who was so kind to drop something extra we requested to our room. The original request was made via WhatsApp which is an excellent format/experience. The lobby is very cute and has nice amenities for guests like hot drinks and water. Was very pleasantly surprised with the view from the room. It was also very quiet I couldn't hear any surrounding room noise. The bathroom toiletries provided were of a nice quality. Bed was comfortable. Going for drinks at the rooftop bar in the evening was a special experience and I thank the (Spanish man) concierge up there for providing us with a privileged table providing amazing views.

Hotel staff were simply amazing!!! We booked an anniversary package and they really helped us to make our daughter anniversary unforgettable. Extremely kind and considerate from the pre checking process, until checkout! Breakfast food and service quality, again, exceptional! We will come back for, among the others, the welcoming spirit of the people there! I would like to call everyone’s name out, from the front desk til the rooftop staff, but unfo we remember only David and few other people passions: Star Wars and Skiing, that they were displaying on their jackets. Congrats and merci!

I traveled with my extended family and the staff was so helpful and practical in their solutions. They made us fell welcome and have always been available to help us with our questions. The breakfast was delicious. A-la-carte eggs and the cappuccino one of the staff made was so smooth and delicious.

Loved everything about this hotel. Location was excellent for exploring Montmartre but metro lines were also only 5-10 minute walk to access all main attractions. View of the Eiffel Tower from our room (605), restaurant and bar was lovely, although it did disappear a couple of times in the rain so we realised we were very lucky to experience several days of good weather and clear views. We were honeymooners and were given a complementary bottle of wine in our room and glass of wine from the roof terrace bar. We would definitely stay at this hotel again if we return to Paris.

Very welcoming staff indulged our attempts at French, but also spoke English when needed. Rooms were large, clean and comfortable. Ours (606) had a small balcony, with a view of the Eiffel Tower. Convenient location for exploring Montmatre on foot, and close to Metro stations for further afield. Breakfast was very good, though fixed price €25 is a bit much if you want just a croissant and a coffee, so our friends went to a nearby café instead. Plenty of good restaurants close by, including the café where Amélie was filmed. Quite expensive, but no more than expected. We enjoyed the roof bar, but it was quite chilly even with the heaters on.

Beautiful modern room that was huge. We had an Eiffel view one and falling asleep with the curtains open watching the twinkling tower was wonderful. The area of Montmatre the hotel is in our opinion the most beautiful area in the city. Very bohemian and picturesque. The staff were so helpful, helped us with our daughter's pram in and out of the hotel every time we came or went, and gave her a free teddy. Would definitely stay again and will be recommending to family and friends.

This is our place to stay in Paris. Our French friends tell us that Montmartre is not real Paris or French, but we love it here and we always stay at this hotel. We have tried other places in the past but we now look no further. Apart from the location which is easy to go to the Eurostar, walk down town or catch the metro it's just a nice place to stay. Unlike some of the other older hotels in the area you don't have to step out of the shower and turn around to wash your other side. You will never run out of restaurants to eat at. Apart from the main street there are lots of smaller restaurants in the back streets to dine at. Other reasons we stay here are, the staff, air-conditioning, lift/elevator, roof top bar and restaurant, you can see the tower.
